SHIPPING WITHIN GUAM.
We do not ship to anywhere on Guam. All local orders will be available for "PICK UP" during our normal business hours. ( Mon - Sat / 11am - 8pm | Sundays 11am - 6pm ) Orders are available for pick up once your order has been placed.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Due to the limited availability of our items, all sales are FINAL, no returns or exchanges. Please read product descriptions thoroughly as we will not make any exceptions. Unless you were given the wrong size/product than you ordered, you have the option to return or exchange. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you received the wrong items.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION?
You probably entered the wrong email address, please be sure to double check your information upon checkout. Order confirmation emails are automatically sent once your order has been placed. We cannot resend email confirmations.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO THE MAINLAND?
We ship all our orders through USPS. We ship everything in Standard Flat Rate boxes. Shipping out of Guam takes anywhere from 3 - 14 days depending on your location. On release days, we get over 100 - 200 orders. But, we work around the clock to pack and ship everyones orders in a timely fashion.
WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update correctly. If you try track your parcel too early it might say “Not Found” as it has not been scanned by USPS yet. Once scanned you will be able to track your order through the USPS website using your tracking number.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Oops, we are so sorry to hear this. Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order.
WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK YOUR HATS?
We do not reproduce the same exact type of hat. We only make a certain style/color way/ design once. We produce them in limited quantities, available until sold out. Once sold out.... They are gone forever. We believe strongly in quality over quantity. This keeps the hype and exclusivity of our products fresh, and keeps us eager to keep putting out good products. Who wants to rock the same hat as everyone else anyway? Those who were able to get their hands on one, can definitely appreciate this system. Just because a certain style is sold out, does not mean we won't bring back a similar design. We might change up the color, material, design placement, combine different elements, etc. All we're saying is that it won't be exactly as it was. Stay hungry and we promise to keep gunnin'.
OMG, HOW CAN I GET GUAM SOCKS?
Holy stinky toes batman! Never did we imagine that our Guam socks would be such a hit. Trust us, we are working diligently on keeping up with the demand. We have bulked up our orders each round and yet they still sell out so fast. Just make sure to be ready once they are available.

If you do not see it out on our shelves... Then we haven't made it yet. We wouldn't dare hide inventory from our awesome customers. We are in the business of selling you good stuff. So if you don't see it... We don't have it. And yes, we are going to make every design in red. Eventually. (Since when did red get so popular anyway.)
HOW CAN I SUBMIT MY DESIGN OR IDEA?
I'm sure every Joe, George, and John-Michael have a great idea. We strongly suggest that you do not email or submit your idea in anyway. Chances are, we have already thought of something similar and we do not want you to say that we stole your idea once it comes out. LOL. Don't get mad bro. We still love you.
