In Store / Local Pickup Policy

We offer in-store pickup at Crowns Guam for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our retail location.

Order Confirmation & Pickup

Once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification through the contact information provided at checkout.

Please wait until you receive your pickup confirmation before visiting the store.

Customers must provide their order confirmation or order number when collecting their merchandise. Valid identification may be requested for verification.

Pickup Window

All in-store pickup orders must be collected within 60 calendar days of the initial ready-for-pickup notification.

We understand that schedules change. If you are unable to collect your order within this period, please contact Crowns Guam before the deadline to request an extension. Extensions are subject to approval.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders that remain unclaimed after 60 calendar days may be subject to cancellation.

Before cancellation, Crowns Guam will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the contact information provided at checkout. Notifications will be issued on the day of availability, 30 days past pickup notification and 60 days past pickup notification. 

If an order remains unclaimed following the final notice and any applicable response period, Crowns Guam reserves the right to treat the order as abandoned and return the merchandise to available inventory. 

Refunds & Cancellations

Unclaimed orders do not automatically result in forfeiture of payment, orders will also be treated on a case-to-case basis. 

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information at checkout and collecting their orders within the designated pickup period.

Crowns Guam is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect contact information provided by the customer.

If you need additional time or would like to arrange pickup on behalf of another individual, please contact our team before your pickup deadline.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain an organized and efficient pickup process.

Crowns Guam reserves the right to update this policy at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter the terms of completed purchases.
